How does selling my PlayStation work?

You simply fill out our selling form, package your PlayStation following our instructions, and ship it to us with the provided label. Once received and inspected, we’ll send your payment.

Do I need to include accessories?

Yes, please include all standard accessories such as power cables and HDMI cables. Controllers are optional but can increase your offer.

How long does it take to get paid?

Payments are usually processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and verify your console.

What if my console is damaged?

We still accept consoles with minor damage, but the final offer may be adjusted based on condition.

How do I track my shipment?

If the console does not come in the original packaging then use bubble wrap or something similar and a STRONG cardboard box.
Ensure the corners of the console are well protected as they tend to crack or get damaged in transit if they are not well protected.
The console must be flat inside the box, not loose. Use extra bubble wrap/padding or something of comparable material to help ensure the console fits snuggly inside the box.
