✅ Return Postage :
- Customer pays return postage if the wrong console, accessory, or game is sent, or if packaging guidelines are not followed and damage occurs.
✅ Verification of Items:
- All consoles, games, and accessories are checked against the details provided at checkout.
- If the model, version, or condition does not match, we may adjust the valuation or return the item at the customer’s expense.
✅ Condition Discrepancies:
- If the condition chosen online (Excellent, Good, Acceptable and Faulty) is incorrect, the final offer will be revised.
- Non-working items declared as working may be rejected or re-valued.
✅ Wrong or Non-Eligible Items:
- If unrelated, fake, or non-eligible items are sent, these will not be accepted.
- Return postage will be charged if the customer wants the item back.
✅ Accessories, Controllers, and Cables:
- Missing accessories (controller, power supply, cables) will reduce the final value.
- Valuations are based on complete bundles where selected.
✅ Final Inspection:
- All online quotes are provisional until the item has been inspected.
- Our inspection results are final and may result in a revised offer or rejection.
✅ Fraudulent or Tampered Goods:
- Stolen, counterfeit, chipped, or water-damaged items will not be accepted and may not be returned.
